Information we process
We process account, school, staff, student, parent, academic, attendance, fee and communication records supplied by schools and their authorized users.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the school workspace, authenticate users, generate records, deliver requested messages, support users, prevent misuse and maintain service security.
Access and protection
Access is limited by school and role. Information is protected in transit and at rest, and activity records support accountability. Parents are limited to children explicitly linked to them.
Ownership, export and deletion
Schools retain ownership of their records. A School Admin can export school records, and deletion requests follow verification and retention requirements.
