School responsibility
Schools are responsible for keeping account details secure, assigning appropriate staff roles, and ensuring that information entered into their workspace is accurate and lawfully collected.
Trial use
The free trial lasts 14 days, requires no payment and is intended to help a school evaluate the service. Trial access may be reviewed or withdrawn when supplied details are false or the service is misused.
Service use
Users must not attempt to access another school’s information, interfere with the service, upload unlawful material or share access details with unauthorized persons.
School data
Each school retains ownership of its records. Smart Schoolz Hub processes those records only to provide and secure the service, support the school and meet legal obligations.
