SMART SCHOOLZ HUB REFERRAL PARTNER & VENDOR AGREEMENT
This Referral Partner and Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Smart Schoolz Hub Partner Programme provided by Human Rejuvenation Resources (“HRR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through smartschoolzhub.com.
By applying to become an authorized Referral Partner or Vendor, submitting a partner application, receiving an authorized referral code, sharing referral links, or claiming commissions, you agree to comply with this Agreement and our Code of Conduct.
1. COMMISSION STRUCTURE & ELIGIBILITY
Authorized Partners earn commissions on verified, paid school subscriptions according to the following schedule:
- First Payment Commission (20%): You will earn 20% of the net subscription fee paid when a newly referred school completes its first official paid subscription.
- Renewal Commission (5%): You will earn 5% of subsequent subscription renewals paid by that school for as long as their school workspace remains active and in good standing.
- New Schools Only: Commissions apply only to schools that are not currently registered or actively communicating with Smart Schoolz Hub prior to your referral introduction.
- Permanent Attribution Lock: Referrals are tracked via your unique partner referral link or referral code. Once a school requests a trial or registers using your referral details, the attribution is permanently locked to your partner profile.
2. PAYOUT SCHEDULE & CLEARING PERIOD
Commissions are disbursed transparently directly to your Nigerian commercial bank account under the following terms:
- Weekly Disbursements: Approved and cleared commissions are paid out every Friday directly to your verified Nigerian bank account.
- Zero Minimum Threshold: You do not need to accumulate large balances before cashing out. Any approved amount available in your cleared partner balance can be paid on the scheduled disbursement day.
- 7-Day Clearing Period: New commissions remain in a “Pending” status for seven (7) business days following confirmation of the school's payment. This clearing window protects against disputed, reversed, or fraudulent transactions. Once cleared, funds automatically move to “Available for Payout.”
3. PARTNER CODE OF CONDUCT (STRICTLY ENFORCED)
As an official representative of the Smart Schoolz Hub Partner Programme, you represent our platform in the education community and agree to abide strictly by the following standards:
1. Accurate Pricing: You will quote only the official Smart Schoolz Hub pricing published on smartschoolzhub.com and will not offer unauthorized discounts, unofficial bundles, or altered billing terms.
2. Honest Product Representation: You will never promise custom software features, unrealistic academic guarantees, or unverified third-party integrations that are not part of the active Smart Schoolz Hub platform.
3. No Spam or Deceptive Outreach: You will not engage in misleading SMS or WhatsApp spam blasts, unsolicited bulk messaging, copyright infringement, or deceptive advertising using the Smart Schoolz Hub or Human Rejuvenation Resources brand names.
4. No Self-Dealing: You cannot claim partner commissions on a school that you directly own, operate, or are the legal proprietor of, unless approved in writing in advance by the platform administration.
5. Termination & Forfeiture Policy: Any breach of this Code of Conduct will lead to the immediate revocation of partner access, permanent deactivation of referral codes, and forfeiture of any unpaid or pending commissions.
4. GOVERNING LAW & MODIFICATIONS
Smart Schoolz Hub reserves the right to update or amend this Agreement to reflect platform changes or economic adjustments. Active partners will receive reasonable notice of any material adjustments to commission structures prior to their implementation.
